"You, with no investment, only an agenda of some kind" How do you know that? "What you posted was meant to imply that our investment is similar to what the example is that you cited" No it wasn't. It was general information that I thought might be of interest to readers here. No different than those recent posts pointing-out cases of people being sued by other companies for their on-line postings.
