I agree wholeheartedly with your post. I was only stating that there are already "aspirin" nasal sprays available. My point was that I doubt that the 12 year old patent would offer nay benefits over the nasal delivery systems already in place...too little too late, as they say.

Now in China, perhaps there is a need for a new nasal delivery system, but again I would think that the existing products would be technically superior. 12 years is an eternity in the realm of drugs and advances made therein. I saw SFAD boast about a JV before, only to have it fall apart some time later. I put very little (if any) faith that their nasal spray delivery system is still ahead of the pack. If it were all that great, I think it would have been discovered before now...in another few years, anybody can use the patent. The license fees for the nasal spray can only be so much...revenues from this will be miniscule at best, I think......
