Do you think some Napier shareholders sold their shares of NIR today to purchase Consolidated Ecoprogress?

I really like Consolidated Ecoprogress because it has a much smaller float, and their products have a more vast appeal to the consumer.

Apparently James King will start on the stock shortly. I checked out his track record and it looks like James will be a great addition to the CES team. With the stock being as tightly held as it is I wouldn't be surprised to see it at $2.00 early next month.
