Jach,

You post how the company is doing good, and then you draw the wrong conclusion from the information. CSCO will hit 50 but only after another split!

Do you think they are not already in the thick of competition? Heck... it's hard to make any money selling CSCO, but everyone is lining up to carry the products.

Pre announcing anticipated competitive pressures just helps fuel the fire when earnings expectations are exceeded.

Your reading of this sure is different than mine.

In a Form 10Q a company has to be brutally honest, no hype. I don't care what company's 10Q it is, it has to go out of its way presenting _possible_, no matter how remote, competition and factors having a negative impact on the company. Rosy pictures, financial examination of a company that gives future positive coverage while noting competition comes from analysts following a stock or the company in non-SEC filings.

What you posted did not alter my intent to pick up some more shares of CSCO.
