"If you don't have a 'sure thing', I wouldn't write this company off." Why? If we get news of completion (or planned completion) of the billboard, we'll see price movement. My suspsicion is that such news will happen by the end of March '99. Selling now for Tax Loss reasons would mean you'd need to stay out of the stock for 90 days (my understanding anyway). Unless you have a sure thing that will double prior to Mar 31, '99, I'd stay in. That's why I wouldn't write this company off.
