Brady, Why is it of no apparent interest to this thread that Netmaster was involved in the Rolling Rock deal, and that NO EVIDENCE of the identity of Rolling Rock can be located? This should be the greatest concern raised to date about these companies. This is not incompetent business. This concerns the outlay of shares and the creation of corresponding corporate liability to the tune of $400,000.oo, plus share dilution!! Shareholders should be demanding specific disclosure of all details. That's why there are SEC filings. Where is Party's voice? If he is not screaming for information, he is a total sham! An unidentified company has $400,000 of corporate property ... every shareholder should want to track it!!
