Nov. 19, 1998, our guy Brad was appointed to the board of directors of CES. Now we know why we can't get anything done at Napier. Everyone including Napier investors have been preoccupied with CES. I hope they pump up Napiers' price before they attempt a merger.

Gino et all,

I don't follow Napier, but I do follow CES. Since Napier is proposed to take PP in CES, then as NIR shareholder you are in essence CES shareholder also. That is if the PP closes.

I am sure the Co will put out news regarding PP when it does in fact close.
