One of our SI friends called IR and got the usual IR response... unable to confirm or deny anything. This was just panic selling, typical of a thinly traded, volatile stock - a little more volatile than usual today, I will agree... They may have not been able to secure one of the several contracts that they have been bidding on - nothing is confirmed. Frankly it dropped too far back to not slingshot back to over .80 today.... In any event, .45 is WAAAYYYYY oversold ... WAYYYYY oversold! This company is worth at least $0.90 - $1.00/share - with or without any additional contract that may have been won or lost. A
