Greetings all,
finally have access to a computer where I can log on to SI(still waiting for a keyboard for my old laptop).
Even managed to catch Forbidden Plaes on the TV last night. It was a good show but they cut out(edited) various comments we made about WSP and future exploration, drybones bay etc.
Overall thought it was a pretty good show, not many prospectors in the NWT who live there so thats why I got dragged in for local colour and comment I suppose.
WsP is probablythe most active explorerleft in the NWT and I expect with their carat and hilltop properties they will make some new discoveries in 1999 as they continue to work on SnapLake. Will be interesting to see geologicalically if it really is a cone sheet.
On the program they talked about aerborn surveys and indicator minerals, sometimes these work but some pipes remain darned illusive and pipes in time will be discovered with neither, by luck or good geology.
Last yeaar a prospector in the mackenzie mountains found some emeralds and with the vastness of the NWT Im sure there is lots out there still to get found.
Best of luck to all with your investments.
regards Walt
