These figure simply reflect the result of larger production capability brought on by 70% plant expansion.

Accounts Recieveable = 48 day payment lag compared to 42 day payment lag in Q4 '97...Nope, nothing wrong there.
Inventory = Increased production capacity and build up for Christmas demand . Remember report is effective October 31. Remember RADAF put on a huge media blitz the last month and a half. It would have been stupid not to build for the demand they expect this to bring in December. Good signs of growth. Nope, no problem here either!

I think the inventory problem is probably related to the inventory policy changes of the larger retailers that hurt MAT. It's not specific to RADAF.
