The patent in question is it 4901307 that is mentioned in message
19830 from jpbrody?That patent seems very broad.It seems to
more or less describe a CDMA system terrestial or nonterrestial.Is it correct that the same patent is under attack in Japan?.I mean if someone files against this patent in Japan also it must be important Or am I wrong? /R
