Somebody has alot of LOCK to dump it appears, never goes anywhere on news.

LOCK has potential. Similar news in the past has double and tripled the stock in one day. 52 week low is $1 and the 52 week high is $6.

So there is potential. Stock up only 1/8 so far so still time to jump in if your interested.

I'm in for 2K shares why not? How about 4 1/2 by the end of the day?
