I just spoke with Mr. Paul Henry, IR for TSIG and Board member, to clarify some questions I had. 1. Reverse split? This idea is not currently being entertained by the company, but he did not rule out the possibility in the future. 2. Acquisition of CCI? Still waiting on audited financials from CCI, expected to be completed in January. However, as you can read in the link SLAFFE provided yesterday, TSIG has the right to continue using CCI and the MusicCard for 10 years, renewable for an indefinite number of 5 year periods (in other words, TSIG has the right to use CCI and the MusicCard even though the deal has not been officially consummated). 3. Revenues from CCI? He was not certain, but believes TSIG gets revenues from the internet site and any card deals they complete, while Mr. Piercy gets revenues from his California Corp. and the distributorship he has developed. Mr. Piercy's operation and distributorship will be in property of TSIG upon closing (likely in January). 4. News/PR's? He expects to see one or two this week, one next week, several in January. News will be released in as timely a manner as possible in accordance with the laws. "We're not going to keep the investors in the dark here." 5. News/PR today? Unable to comment for legal purposes, but would not rule out.
