As a WAVO long, welcome back! You may not have a position in WAVO as of yet, short or long. But mark my words, someday, after WAVO takes over the world, you will own and use WAVO! LOL!

Blah, Blah, Blah, Blah...

Random musings: Many thanks to those who have written in about the cancellation of my "Squawk Box" appearance while CNBC reviews the WavePhore (Nasdaq:WAVO - news) controversy. I must tell you, having been investigated falsely in 1995 for something I did not do and having had my whole life turned upside down for no good reason, I have become somewhat philosophical about the process of being investigated. What I learned then was that some things are out of your control. The only person I can please is myself, and I know I did nothing wrong in trying to explain the short squeeze in WavePhore.

My comment regarding shorting was directed to people on this thread who made this statement, not at you. If you check back, you will see that I said I did not see the interview. When the CNBC questions were posted here, I noted here that I saw nothing wrong with them.

Jim, I have nothing against you. As I said before on this thread, it is WAVO and not Jim Cramer that is ultimately responsible for the price of WAVOs shares. This remains my position.
