Hmmmm.... buying 419k at 2 3/4 and being able to sell it at 3 is something like $104,000. Not bad for a few days work, hardship notwithstanding.

Dear Steve,
while your skepticism is a valuable asset in investing, I personally assure you the buyer of that print has no interest in selling at this level.

The $0.25 per share would be almost irrelevant to him, even before taxes, and he is a long term holder who understands investing and has made mucho this way. He was adding to a position!

You and I both know that if a 400,000 share sell order hit this stock the market makers would collude to bring the price down to $2 anyway.
