BD, I agree with you re: freedom of Choice...but DO NOT underestimate the power and influence of the LDS Church. People are people...some of my best friends are Buddhists, Mormons, Athiests, etc., however, politicians are apt to use religion to further much larger political agendas...duh. Now I know why Clarance Thomas was shoved into his seat...he's got to vote with the One's that brung him... Rehnquist IS another prop...like Hyde...push the paper, drive the agenda...we're headed for an awful train-wreck.
