Joe:
I've been doing some research, which I wanted to share with the thread. To consider TSIG as an investment, it must be broken down to its two most significant components: CCI and Teleservices. I will focus on teleservices here.
According to Yahoo Market Guide, the average P/E for companies focused solely upon teleservices is 27.9. What does this mean? To reach the $5 stock price REW made reference to yesterday, TSIG would have to have locked in earnings of $0.18 for 1999. What if TSIG had earnings of $.50. That would convert to a stock price of $13.95. What if TSIG had locked-in, contractual earnings of $1 for 1999--that would convert to a stock price of $27.90.
This analysis completely ignores the impact of CCI or its internet involvement on the share price of TSIG. CDNOW, N2K, CDWI all have market capitalizations of $250 Million or more. If TSIG ends up, after full dilution of its stock, with 70 million shares outstanding (a number I have completely pulled out of the air--not based on information I have received either from the company or the PP), that would add over $3 to the share price.

MskiHntr,

I see, but I don't get what you're driving at; remember, I'm a novice.

I see similar gaps at both days' open, with a slow and surpassing afternoon recovery yesterday, and something of a fill-in-the-gap late this morning, with a likely (projection, here) continued modest increase this afternoon, as word gets out.

PM me with your take, if you don't want to open yourself up to a bunch of flak by posting publicly. Thanks.

Regarding the PR, its clear that TSIG has big things planned. It appears they're preparing for significant volume both via the web site and the teleservices aspect: the obvious tie-in between the two, on the one hand, and; perhaps substantial volume increase on the teleservices aspect completely unrelated to CCI, on the other hand.

Accumulate.

Regards, TS
