Legitimate news, information and rumors have utterly nothing to do with the fradulent activities laid out in the article. I think you have to distinguish between the aggregious fraudulent activities pointed out in the article from legitimate analysis, projection and reporting which are the meat and potatoes of the internet. If all you want is data, information from the wsj, read the journal and stay off the net.

Hmmm -- did you read the end of that press release which specifically prohibits "...posting, emailing, faxing, archiving ina public database, redistributing via a computer network..." If they get $8 million from hypsters, what will they get from you for copyright violation?? <g -- at least I HOPE it's only a g>
