>>>Or, Hayton's vision may only be to buy into volatile stocks in a hot sector for purely selfish, trading purposes. Although purely speculation on my part, I wonder how else we explain the crappy way shareholders have been treated (JMHO), the periodic "news" which later becomes non-news (many examples over the past year), the periodic run ups and quick run downs in price (many examples over the past year), the changes in IR/PR representativies (many examples over the past year), and the fact these companies continue to trade and keep their doors open, despite the fact no one knows how they do it, or for how long, and what their present and future revenue base will be?<<< Terry, first realize that this company has been attacked from all sides since it's inception. If it really was just a two-bit company, why all of these attacks, which even you'd have to agree have been quite vigilant. Further, you explain your concerns by examining all of the legal work that's been accomplished. Even you've acknowledged that this has been a huge effort. Don't you think a scam deal would short-skip all of that legal stuff. It'd be the last thing they'd want becuase it would mean a mountain of charges by which they'd have to defend against. And we're not talking off-shore corporations here, we're talking the states of Utah and Colorado. Heck, they're not even Deleware corporations for crying out loud! You further explain by noting why all of these top-notched executives have bought into the Zulu business plan. Even if one-third of 'em have now left, there's still two-thirds of top-notch people standing over the stove, cooking something up. And you go even further by acknowleding the fact LA Zulu's corporate headquarters is a large and prestigious office (anyone know what the Irvine, California Laptops operations building is like?) and it IS NOT the back stairwell kind of impression everyone is now making such a fuss about regarding the Rolling Rock consultancy. Indeed, it was the very early skeptics who alleged Zulu had just such an office enviornment, boiler room in appearance, with but a telephone and PO Box. That negative view held up as credible--like many of the ones we see today--until Matty, our thread founder, and David Hurbanis actually visited Zulu's (then-NETZ) corporate headquarters in Newport, Rhode Island and found some nice people working in a very, nice office in a quaint and historic part of Newport, a small city known for its millionaires and world-renown yacht-races. Terry, there's enough there if you really look objectively to find that there is a sincere operation of business and that there is a sincere intention behind that operation of business. Why has Zulu's technical staff remained on board? And are they not critical people? There's a good reason to that answer. Becuase we have not yet seen the technology in full force.
