So much for some of our desires for 140 asap. It is extremely hard,
if not impossible to predict short term price targets. That is
business I don't want to be in. One can only tell that MSFT will
have about 2.15 to 2.25 in trailing EPS by Jan20th and that it
will trade most likely somewhere between 50 to 70 PE or we will
have a price point in the range of 108 to 158 with a mean of 133,
or just about where it is right now.

For 2Q I would like to predict the following
(a) Revenues of 4.4 Billion
(b) EPS of 66c per share
(c) No Stock split [But a stock split will happen in April 99]
(d) Microsoft will be extremely cautious on outlook for 3Q. Will
guide that 3Q and 4Q will be about flat with 2Q and point out
that revenues growth is slowing to mid 20s.

OT My prediction : No Impeachment.
My clue was the fact that even a New York representative (I forgot his name) is for impeachment. Sounds to me like a party tactic (showing unity) to get Clinton to beg for forgiveness. Remember the Republicans after the election wanted this thing over with. Nothing has changed.
This would be humiliating for him and make the Republicans happy enough to not impeach. They don't want to be blamed for causing this thing to drag out for months. They won't get re-elected and that is what really matters for most politicians.
