Hi pezz: I also thought it of note to hear today from a Dem congressman, Jerome Zeifman (Sp?), who wrote a paper released today, yet unpublished, which explained how, in '74, Conyers, Rev. Drinan, Elizabeth Holtzman, and the Black Caucus attempted to deny confirmation of Ford as prez and put into that position the Speaker of The House-a dem. Conyers continually says today how the impeachment proceedings are an attempt of a coup d'etat-to overturn the presidency when, in fact, he and et. al. did attempt a coup d'etat in '74. In fact Conyers wanted to impeach Nixon for his going into Cambodia and for his tax return problems. What Conyers claims today will happen if impeachment goes through he was actually attempting to do in the '70s. It's good to see others on the other side of the aisle can feel similarly re: Dershowitz. I'm certain now Von Bulow killed his wife. He's a joke. halfscot
