<<<Truth and justice across the board is doomed to make all
guilty of something no matter how minor it may be - you spit on the sidewalk 5 years jail, you spit on your property 5 years jail - >>>>

The maniacal rantings of a true maniac....so a show of hands everyone. When was the last time you knew of someone being thrown in jail for spitting on the sidewalk?

<<<You can not equate this to a high crime, if that occurs then, one day it will be used against you as it is against Clinton and you fuse constitutional and civil laws and end separation of powers.>>>

Critical thought is such an easy thing to develop. You should try it sometime. The Constitution mentions "high crimes and misdemeanors". A high crime is defined as a felony. Perjury is a felony. Since there is no such thing as a "high misdemeanor" then it stands to reason that even if perjury were only classified as a misdemeanor it wouldn't matter. It would still come under the umbrella of impeachment marterial.
