This still doesn't make sense. You can say someone lied at any time in this country. That you said it can be taken to court. That is what's happening now. Clinton hopefully will be taken to the court of the Senate where the charges that he lied to the detriment of several American Women will be heard. It's simply constitutional...and the correct process.
