Barbara, all accounts must have a ageing ie: 30days 60days 90days and so on for as they age they become less likly to be recieved..and start up Co. like to gave credit you anyone who will buy the service..If the recievable are 90+ days one then has to look at this industry to fine the avg days outstanding and if they are say 60days then one must discount a %age of the recievable...hope this helps
