Hank, except for those who might have see it on the Babb website, our Netgain purchase has not been announced yet so probably no influence on FSTW price. The product really is impressive.

Hank, re FSTW, we could still see some tax selling before year end like last year when it dipped sharply the last week of the year only to rebound immediately in Jan. There was a lot of volume in Jan-Feb of this year between 4 1/2 and 5 1/2. BTW, that "case study" press release didn't seem that significant to me except that with MSFT being mentioned in it, it would be seen by a wider audience than would normally see a FSTW PR. Obviously someone is accumulating it (besides you). Perhaps the Robinson Humphrey analyst is raising his numbers? Bob
