Ed, <<update had been posted on the PR newswire>> IMO that news was a doggie downer. The market isn't going to buy on bad news, mostly sell if anything. I think that Global handled the bad news pretty well this time. I think that people that follow this thread are interested in following company activities closely. Many are short term traders. People that don't follow the internet are accustom to being kept in the dark, they have resigned themselves to mostly following price, not fundamentals on a short term basis. What I find interesting is that the price fell before the news was out. That suggests to me that some of the closest "friends"(?) of the company were the ones selling from inside information. We always see the price move on this stock before news, more than most pennies. Global still needs to do a better job controlling insider information.
