T.A...all IMHO...
One can take any indicator and make a bad chart look good.
I am coming back to discuss Negative Volume Index (NVI-smart money), Positive volume Index (PVI=uneducated investors), Accumulation/distribution VERSUS On Balance Volume
members.aol.com
What PIXR chart shows (my interpretation here), using these indicators, is a striking divergence between PVI and NVI, suggesting that smart money is moving in while prematurely ecstatic PIXARbugs have been mentally deflated with the recent discouraging stock action, and took the fire escape in flocks (possibly because the stockmarket soften as well and triggered some margin calls)... Smartmoney was overwhelmed (but smartmoney is really smart because better price for PIXR is now available and they are accumulating).
There is also an amazing divergence between the OBV and Acc/Distribution showing that if you take into account the volume of transactions (OBV), the distribution has not been as severe as one thinks.
As stated in my previous note, this is not a suggestion to buy PIXR now, as the stock is in a short term downtrend, it is "overvalued" and the stockmarket in general is very volatile.
Just saying here that some nibbling at PIXR is probably a good idea as newbies investors (like me), after seeing ABL, will be adding on those dips, to the pool of investors...
BTW, why was this stock so high in July... That was the time when this stock was REALLY overvalued...
When OBV and PVI will converge up, you will see how fast a stock like PIXR can shoot up (or down! if they converge down!).
Good luck...
Got to see it again becoze of zose post-movie added blooperz!
