"Availabilities are limited with the production cut backs in 16 meg DRAM. Noticeably absent are offers of any decent size blocks. As a result, OEM's are forced to spec in lower tier manufacturers like Nanya and Mosel Vitelic. The most problematic configuration is the 4mx4 FPM" according to AICE

Tom, AMKR is not a glamour stock but its from my backyard! Several other good stocks in that neighborhood are GIC, CKP, and TSNG. Lots of good tech stuff in the Philly area. Good hunting! I meant to average down more on ALSC, but I was in the process of buy- ing a house in October and missed the bottom. But stocks often retest lows before moving higher. Maybe I can get in below 4 in the 1st half of next year. If not we should climb closer to my current BE. Ken
