Ed -- I appreciate your thorough response. I briefly considered lightening up at 28 with the idea of topping off again at +-25, but I decided the net-net wasn't worth it. Lacking an analyst upgrade or significant contract announcement, I could see the stock eroding over the next few days. What's interesting, though, is the light volume on the downside and heavy volume on the upside. Since I'm not a trader and have absolute confidence in what Mr. Lutz has coming down the pike, I believe my decision to keep the boat loaded is sound. Just the same, I'm learning to have a lot of respect for technical indicators, especially for entering or exiting a position. Right now I'm watching Ciena for a base. Thanks again for your help. Pat
