Paunch, At a few minutes before the close, with the volume totalling 36,700 shares, the bid was 0.07. At the close the volume was 80,700 with the last sale and the bid at 0.08 . Looks like someone had 40,000+ shares offerred with a 0.08 limit and the MM came up and got it - or it could have been a move between MM's. Hard to fathom. Alan PS - Not sure if it was all in one trade or if there were several in the last minute before the close. Ask stayed at 0.09.
