It seems to me if they are going to "crack down" on hypesters on the internet, then they also need to crack down on the long established hypsters including shutting down the Wall Street Journal, Barrons, Money, Individual Investor, Smart Money, and of course all the ANALYSTS--especially Tom Kur-quack.
