The dam has positively burst against Clinton in the House. You're right, the Dems will decide his fate in the Senate.

Let them be forced to vote to keep Clinton - he defines them in the process.

He's still getting the sympathy vote around here. I think everyone would have to see themselves subject to a serious personal material loss to feel the need for action. Of course that would be even more sickening than the lack of concern while the chief law enforcement officer in the country is using his position to commit perjury and obstruction of justice.
