All,

First, Mr. Zwebner, congratulations. I love to see people who can't see reality and spread bs be taken out. My plate is currently to full to do this.

Secondly, ASTG has two, maybe three motions in bankruptcy court. The first is a motion for a shareholders' meeting. The second motion is to get rid of management. I am not sure what the other motion is for. Clyde Pittman sent me a letter which I will be passing on to the shareholders. It is asking all shareholders who care about their investment to send $100 or more to the attorneys. Fraud has already been mentioned in federal court. If we can prove it, V. can never write it off in bankruptcy court.

I have been told that Joe Leonard is trying to start a class action suit against Airstar. As much as I appreciate the hostility, the target is wrong. The target should be the management, not the investment. Shooting your investment in the foot never made sense to me. If management won't step down, we now know that they truly don't care about the shareholders. When the company is in ashes and they still won't step down, perhaps they have more to hide than we thought. The company can still be saved, but it is in ashes. So Cliff Casey and Dal Grauer, I am asking you again to think about resigning and allowing shareholders and Pittman's management team to come in to salvage the company before it is too late.

I wish everyone a Merry Christmas. I am sorry that V wished to give everyone losses. Thanks Vig-Liar-olo, aka Vulture.
