I spoke with Mr. Katz today regarding this company.

Basically, I liked what I heard.....Do I think they have potential??? You bet I do. We all know how much we have heard regarding overloaded landfills. Remember New York's problems and the shipping of rubbish on barges. That hit the news for a while.

Fact is, it is no joke. We are only one planet, and with the fast paced world in which we live, "throw-away" plates and cups have grown at an unbelievable rate, and have become the "norm" in many working households, fast-food restaurants, schools, and the list goes on and on....So, here comes a company that has a patent to help take care of this ever increasing problem. As you know there was a PR regarding Arco. I have been informed that the order has been shipped to Arco, so we know in fact that it is now "Real"...The site in Japan is doing great, and I would hope that we should hear more about that in the future (no, I am not hinting, I have no inside information...just the logic, that when things go very well, companies usually tell the world, and they should)....As you know there are two other contracts mentioned on this site in negotiations....And this company is working hard at more contracts...I feel this is just beginning.

Let's put this in perspective....If you do some research, there was approx. 10 billion lbs. of this stuff produced, and only 7 million lbs. was recycled!!!! ..And it does need to be recycled more and more, and cities are being pressured more and more to do something about this. I live in Southern Cal. Anyone ever hear of Waste Management Services? They oversee our waste pick up. Irvine, along with other cities have been informed that it is mandatory for them to reduce their wastes by 50% I believe, and mandatory recycling will be implemented starting January of '99. We will be issued different barrels, in which to put our trash. The cities will be heavily fined if they do not comply. Another city, which is large here is doing the same. Worse, their perople must wash their styrofoam cups and plates before putting in reclycle (sort of is inconflict with the whole "throw-away mentality"....Well guess what, here comes a company trying to expand and grow (and I believe they definitely will), who can also handle contaminated waste...In other words, they can separate, when recylcing the stryofoam from the foods, etc....Well, I was impressed....Maybe they can expand over here....NOTHING WORSE THAN HAVING TO WASH A STRYOFOAM PLATE....But more and more you are hearing about mandatory recycling...And if they can capture even a small percentage of the market, they will be good.

NOW TO THE PROBLEM....I have been recently trying to purchase shares....I did some checking and found some of the MM's are not opening up in order to trade. Twice my trade was never acknowledged, and the stock has not been open for a while.... IT IS MY OPINION THAT THE MM'S ARE GOUGING AND ROBBING EVERYONE AGAIN!!!! I called Jay Alexander this morning, and got hung up on after a rude person stated, "we won't talk to you"....

Well, I am putting in a call to NASD tomorrow or today, time permitting regarding the spread, which is illegal....SO, IF THEY WON'T' TALK TO ME, they can talk to them...help me out here gang...

here's the spreads and mm's involved.. This is current as of Dec. 15, 1998

JAY ALEXANDER BID/ASK: .04/.563 WITH 50X25
HILL THOMPSON BID/ASK .031X.50 WITH 50X50
PARAGON WITH BID/ASK .01X.625 WITH 50X25

I would suggest you go to the NASD site, there is a secion to complain. There is also an area to call if you need immediately attention to a matter...I WILL BE CALLING REGARDING THESE MARKET MAKERS, AS I DO NOT BELIEVE THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE DOING THAT....Who wants to try and buy a stock at 62 cents, if you have to sell it for any reason for a penny!!!!!

I don't 'think so...

Place your calls folks!!!!

Folks,

I need to add to what I just posted.

If anyone out there is trying to buy this stock, and are not having any response, please also call your broker to see why this isn't going through. Something is not right here, and I just spoke to a "Friendly" MM, and he said he has not received any requests/orders for IFOS.....So, something isn't going right!!!????
