John, I have no plans other than to monitor it for the time being. I'm still on a general move towards cash and short - I wanted to free up the dollars in my SFE short for other potential positions.

I would not want to be short SFE during a rights offering since I would have to purchase the rights (or underlying) on the open market to cover the short, so any subsequent short positions would be for quick trading purposes only.

As a general trigger, and assuming that I don't have better opportunities, I'll short again at $32, and go long $20ish.

BTW, I was about 9% of today's volume and it came in a single block, so there are still sellers out there, FWIW.
