Agree- NON employee shares=Good News

S-8 was filed with an attachment explaining our financial situation.

This coupled with proof that this is for Non-Employee Stock Option Director Plan tells us we have a financing partner who will likely become one of Wave's directors.

6.5m shares, ?is that about 10-15% of the company?

News of our new partner should be out very soon. I hope it is a gorilla.
