The day of reckoning for the Zonagen fraud is fast approaching.

I've noticed that the "spread" for the stock is widening on decreasing volume. This is not good news for the victims unfortunate enough to buy at higher prices. It means that liquidity is evaporating.

When the FDA rejects Vasomax there will not be enough time to get out of the stock...as the victims of TXB (another Texas fraud with close ties to Zonagen) found out the hard way.

Bill,

I was looking at my portfolio today and compared this year's gains to years past and am quite happy. I have exceeded my highest goal for the year by 13%. I owe this in no small part to your postings as well
as Roger Babb, Mr Pink, and many others on SI. I am currently long
CPU stock and short the puts and have advised my mother to purchase
some CPU for her IRA. You may want to look at DAIO. They've gotten hammered but I believe they're a good turnaround story. Maybe too small for your interest. I'd be interested in your thoughts. (I do have a small position, about 5% of my portfolio).

Regards,

Nick Baklanoff
