Certainly a strong share price can seem like "funny money" for acquisitions...given the type of companies TAVA would be acquiring, there's very little downside risk, so it is OK to buy 'em with paper instead of gold...

We both think TAVA is undervalued. I think we only disagree in the magnitude of that under-valuation. I still have them in the $6-8 range, with perhaps a trip back to $10 in the heat of the profitability brought on by Y2K.

Good PR with AMR, Gartner, and ARC could go a very long way towards landing some big fish in the TAVA boat...

John right on! a purchase at 5 instead of 10 is just added dilution. i was under the impression there would be no more of that. the company being purchased is not taking price appreciation into consideration. if the highs of the year is considered by them they will want more stock. with luck it will be a 100% cash deal.
