space cadet, being British, I am not totally familiar with your impeachment proceedings. My understanding is that the negative with impeachment going forward is a) negative tone, b)lame president & congress c)increased risk of problems re-emerging from Iraq or some other troubled area. I have also heard it mentioned that the market likes the Clinton, Greenspan, Rubin combo plate ... so any threat is bad. There also seems to be a growing feeling that a vote for impeachement may not result in a slam dunk nay vote in the Senate ... and frankly, as everything seems to turn on a dime ... I am even starting to believe it myself !! Time will tell ... Stephen
