I never said the Dems didn't cow-tow to every minority group ever defined. They do, and so you will see their members there.

But for independent thinkers, like JC Watts and Colin Powell and Alan Keyes, the Republican party offers a voice of fairness where skin color is irrelevant to achievement. Race-baiting lives only in ancient history and in the Democrat party.

Oh yea. As usual the only argument that you and your kinsmen(women)fall back on or drag up is race when you can't win on the facts or substantive issues.

You may wish to go through your life with guilt about slavery, but as you Demo supports like to chant, "let's move on". I don't owe African Americans anything. What ever I do won't change history.

I can be fair, kind and generous, but I ain't got no debt to pay.
When they realize, which many do, that only they can be responsible for their progress and when they can hold those members of their own race accountable for their acts, then respect will come. OJ didn't help any.

<<<The problem is -- there are no takers for your "argument", except yourself and a few other right-wing nuts :-) Look at the Judiciary Committee -- how many black men and women on either side of the aisle?>>>

Actually dumbass, their membership in the Judiciary Committee comes strikingly close to the percentage of the black population as a whole but that would take some figgerin' and you used up your brain capacity years ago.

<<<Of the 200-plus Republican House reps, only one is African-American. And even he seems to have "qualified" only because he has had extra-marital affairs (a la Henry Hyde), two illegitimate children (ala Dan Burton) and is a humongous hypocrite (a la Helen Chenoweth) :-)>>>>

Yeah, actually you are correct. He is doing a better job of emulating Democrats.
