Yes - but they don't have the two thirds necessary to oust Clinton from office. If one believes that there is any truth to the polls, most people want some form of censure not removal from office. In my opinion, the Republicans best political advantage will be gained by moving promptly toward censure.

To say the least,I have never been a Clinton fan and would have liked him to resign. However, the Republicans would be wise not to press their luck much further. Dole, and others, have been putting forth various forms of censure proposals. My guess is still that a consensus version will eventually evolve. For the sake of the country, let's hope it is in the not to distant future.
