I have used that form through E-Trade for other stocks. My understanding is that the stock has to be not trading anymore. For IDID, it still trades. I'm sure it could be sold on the open market for less than a penny. At this time you will have to pay the broker fees to get rid of it. PS. I did get something in the mail from Tracker the other day. Seems that they have formed a joint venture with IDID. The new venture will be called Portable Biometric Systems, LLC. They are looking for investors. That is why this stock is still trading.
