If Iomega purchased SYQT assests or patents would that not give them the right to continue the lawsuit that Diequest has pending against Castlewood? Perhaps killing future competitor for the Jaz 1&2 may be a very valid reason to persue this, not so much the technology. If they can kill Castlewood before they get off the ground then that can certainly buy them time before the next product cycle. Just some thoughts.
