First-rate CC. Key for me is that I now understand their private placement strategy. Sold 2.5 million units at a buck each. That was $2.5 million to get started on World Gaming. The units came with $2 and $4 warrants. As SNMM (hopefully) hits those share prices, the warrants will be exercised, and enough cash will automatically go back to the company to meet listing requirements (assets and share price) for SmallCap and National markets respectively. Smart...a financing vehicle that automatically qualifies you for a REAL market listing at the same time. Guess they're gonna extend the warrants...? ///M
