Well, 7 out of 12 is a much higher percentage than, say, 15 out of 85. You have come so close to saying that all African-Americans are gang-bangers and therefore, none of them deserves to shape public policy, that you might as well say it in so many words. But then again, maybe it is not necessary. You have already said it! Sheesh! To think that some commentators still wonder why the hell the Republicans are unable to "reach out" to the racial, ethnic and religious minorities...!!
