Walt,

About WSP, if you have the time, maybe you could give us an overview of what you think is currently proven, what's probable, and what your guess is on what lies ahead.

I was interested to hear you mention the ice roads. I know that
the weather has been so unseasonably mild in Manitoba that no
commercial ice fishing is possible. No one remembers a time when
it was impossible to work on the ice this late in the season.

Do you have any sense of when the ice roads might be passable?
Usually, we would be looking at six feet of ice by mid-Feb.
Last year the season was shortened a bit by late freeze and
early thaw but there was still time for the drill program.

If the ice window is very narrow this year, it may be that the
only drilling will be done by WSP, GGL and MPV as they have
land based targets. Or so I believe. For any company depending
solely on ice based targets it may be a very short season.
We also know from last year that RT is prepared to helicopter
out the bulk sample. Expensive but better than delaying foranother year.

WSP's land based targets may turn out to be more imporant than
first realized simply because they are accessible.

If the ice road window is short is there an enforced priority
system with regard to who gets to use the ice road? Last year
some communities were in danger of not getting their fuel and
food supplies. If I remember correctly a truck was leaving
every ten minutes. With a tighter time frame, the road will be
congested.
