400m x 0 = nothing. Why would Ivy accept any amount of EUTO unless Ivy has a net worth of nothing or less? In the overall scheme of things it really doesn't matter. The stock is approaching the true value of the company. I sincerely hope we have learned at a minimal cost.

Let's remember that the news release stated, Up to 25% equity. That could mean any thing from 2 barstools in memory of somebody's Grandmother all the way to a full 25% of the Honky Tonk. I'm inclined to think of two barstools considering the past history of the two main Euto threads which appear to be Pump & Scalp at it's worst.
