I hate to break this to you but Democrats fought against abolishing slavery during the writing of the Constitution, were the party instrumental in keeping them enslaved until the end of the Civil War, were the main supporters of Jim Crow and haven't gone too far off from that with their "you're too stupid and lazy to take care of yourself so here is some welfare" legislation. You people are a pathetic joke. I lived in the South for a few years and I saw how the good Democrats in their Sunday best treated blacks. It was the mentality of "hey, give 'em some money and that'll keep 'em out of our hair". You don't fool anyone you piece of trash.
