When I was 11 my mother came home to find me cleaning HER room. I think by the time I asked for 1/2 a horse she was already pretty hip to my odd behavior. To this day my brother regularly brings up the day I asked for 1/2 a horse.

Of course later my parents separated and a got a whole horse and a saddle but that is another story.
