Yes the IPO was for $14 and planned to generate $100 million.
$50 million was needed to pay USA Networks. The first day the price
got to $63. TMCS probably got closer to $300 million on the IPO
I'm surprized AOL, Yahoo or another portal provider doesn't buy them immediately as its a natural fit to where that industry needs to be. TMCS, itself, is not an internet industry company but it is a strategic content provider for the industry
